Program Title: Leadership SOAR

Program Description: Leadership S.O.A.R. was designed for elementary and middle school youth, between the ages of 8 and 14 who want to learn and apply leadership principles. S.O.A.R. stands for Service and Opportunity plus Action equals Results. The program Curriculum consists of the development of Character Traits and Ethical Leadership Skills, Parliamentary Procedures, SKILLS Development and Community Service Projects.
