CCC Planning & Evaluation Site Training
Description:
Peer Review Teams will be responsible for conducting site visits to new applicants for FY09-10 and rating grant applications for all organizations who apply for funding through the Cobb County Non-Profit Grant for FY 09-10. If you are a current grantee, you realize the importance of having a professional team of peer volunteers evaluating your organization. Many consider it an honor and privilege to serve in this important and mutually benefiting process.
The requirements for a person to participate on a team follow. One must meet ALL of the below guidelines in order to be selected:
- The Organization represented must be a CURRENT PAID member of the Collaborative;
- One must be of an upper level management position, i.e., Executive Director, Program Manager, Grants Manager, etc.
- One must be willing to commit a good portion of hours to the team during the month of May and June, to include:
- Attendance at MANDATORY team training scheduled on either May 21st at 9:00am or May 22nd at 1:00pm
- Attendance at all assigned site visits
- Review of all grant applications assigned and
- Meeting with team members to finalize site visit and application scores

Once we have received notice of a representative’s interest, we will confirm receipt and the date the representative is scheduled for the mandatory team training.
