Brain 101: Understanding the Impact of Trauma on the Brain: GSU Child Welfare Training Collaborative

Georgia State University Child Welfare Training Collaborative is presenting “Brain 101: Understanding the Impact of Trauma on the Brain” on Tuesday, February 11th, 2025, from 9:00AM-12:30PM.

This is a virtual training opportunity. 

This course will provide participants with foundational knowledge about how adversity and trauma can impact the brain. The course introduces brain architecture and early brain development in children and focuses on the impact of adverse experiences and childhood trauma on the brain.
