Helping Children Feel Good from the Inside Out: A Free Community Workshop

Join us on Saturday, March 29 at 9:30 AM as we explore effective strategies to help children identify, accept, and regulate their emotions. Using the movie “Inside Out 2” as a guide, Dr. Douglas Bell will lead adults through a fun and insightful workshop designed to promote emotional well-being.
