More than ever, it’s critical for nonprofit leaders to think in terms of multiple time horizons: the next two months, the rest of 2020, and through to the end of 2021.
Over these past weeks, we have all done incredible work pivoting to face this incredible global challenge. Now, it’s time to adapt: To navigate the extended period of continuous change before us, we need new strategies, trained toward the goal of organizational resiliency.
