Jesus Martinez served his country in the United States Army as a combat engineer serving two tours in Desert Storm and Shield during the beginning of the Gulf War. Honored with two bronze stars for his service, Jesus also graduated with a B.S. in Arts while serving in the military, at the University of Maryland. Upon his 5 year tour, Jesus left the military and joined the civilian world to practice his leadership skills in business. In 1995 Jesus was hired to work for a company in Las Collinas, TX as a finance manager for a new company called Ethos Financial Group. Ethos Financial Group serves as a management consulting group for franchise car dealerships and provides dealerships management consulting, mentoring and training in managerial roles which to include finance managers, finance directors, sales managers, and owners. What started as a small firm servicing the Midwest, now provides services across the continental U.S. for all franchise dealerships, and this excelled Jesus to become the national sales and finance trainer for the firm, as well as creating collaboration between dealers and lenders across the U.S.


In 2016, after serving the firm for over 20 years, Jesus was granted early retirement from his position with a full pension and the ability to return if he chose to. Soon after his retirement Jesus created a firm of his own, using the same principles used with his prior company and in 2018 Peach Tree Commercial Capital, LLC was formed.


Peach Tree Commercial Capital is a Private money lender created for real estate investors, and to help raise capital funding for Builders across the U.S. Peach Tree Commercial Capital offers investors loan programs such as; long and short-term rental, multi-family, portfolio, fix and flip, new construction for one home or subdivisions and bridge lending. In 2019 when the pandemic hit the U.S. Jesus and his team formed a partnership with local SBA lenders, to help small businesses through the process of getting funding with the EIDL and PPP loans and now the 504 and 7a programs. The Peach Tree team funds up to $200mm using personal lines and brokered lines for all investors nationwide.


Jesus serves on the board with the Cobb Chamber, and the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, as well as the steering committee for both chambers. Jesus is also involved in DE&I as Chair and the Government Affairs Committee at the Cobb Chamber as Chairman Circle member. Jesus is an advocate for helping Cobb school district through their mentoring programs provided for Juniors and seniors at the local high schools.
