KIM JONES
Kim H. Jones is the Executive Director of NAMI Georgia. NAMI is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization, dedicated to building better lives for those affected by mental illness. As executive director, Kim H. Jones is responsible for the strategic management and financial operations of NAMI Georgia, a statewide nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness of mental health.

TERI ANULEWICZ
House District 42
Teri Anulewicz, a member of the Georgia House of Representatives since a special election in November 2017, represents House District 42, covering parts of Smyrna and Marietta and some unincorporated areas of Cobb County. She serves on several committees, including Appropriations, Transportation, and the Creative Arts and Entertainment Committee, where she is secretary. Teri’s earlier political career included a decade on the Smyrna City Council and a stint as mayor pro tem. Originally from New Orleans, she moved to Georgia in 1994, graduated from Agnes Scott College in 1998, and has a background in public affairs and government relations.
SHARON COOPER
House District 45
Sharon Cooper, a State Representative in Georgia since 1996, has served notably as Majority Caucus chairman and currently chairs the Health and Human Services Committee. She has championed significant health-related legislation, including measures to improve mammogram disclosures and health care protocols. Cooper, who holds degrees in Child Development, Education, and Nursing, authored “Taxpayer’s Tea Party,” a book advocating for civic engagement.
JASON ESTEVES
Senate District 6
Jason Esteves is the Georgia State Senator for District 6, focusing on key issues like public education, healthcare, and housing. He was sworn in on January 9, 2023, and serves on multiple Senate Committees, including as Vice Chair of Finance. Previously, he was the first Latino elected to the Atlanta Public Schools Board, significantly improving its financial stability and graduation rates. A partner at Hudson Cook LLP, Jason also holds the position of Treasurer for the Democratic Party of Georgia.
KAY KIRKPATRICK
Senate District 32
Senator Kay Kirkpatrick, MD, represents Georgia’s 32nd District, covering North-Central Cobb and West Cherokee. As a Republican, she chairs the Senate Veterans, Military and Homeland Security Committee and serves on several other key committees, including Health and Human Services and Judiciary. With over 30 years of experience as an orthopaedic hand surgeon and former president of Resurgens Orthopaedics, Dr. Kirkpatrick also contributes to emergency response efforts through the Medical Association of Georgia’s Medical Reserve Corps. She is involved in patient safety consultancy, local community service through the East Cobb Rotary, and pet therapy leadership at Ronald McDonald House.
