Parent Toolkit from GCAPP

Spring break is a good time to have conversations with your adolescents and teens about topics that should be approached thoughtfully. Without the daily stress of homework and deadlines, you can set aside some time for those conversations.

The Parent Toolkit provides practical information to help parents navigate topics and situations that all families face, including ones that are hard to talk about. Open, honest parent-child communication is critical in helping children prepare for social challenges they are likely to encounter. We hear from parents frequently that they feel unprepared to discuss certain topics with their children. We’re here to help!
