Resilience in a Time of Crisis

The Cobb Collaborative is proud to be a part of the Resilient Georgia effort to address mental health issues at the community level and promote resiliency. Check out this resource from Resilient Georgia on Mental Fitness for Resilience.

Resiliency is like a muscle – you have to use it to strengthen it. If the burden is too heavy, especially in times like these, get help with your lifting. You can strengthen your Resiliency muscle multiple ways: limit your intake of news, pursue different activities, get to know your family in a different way (exercising together, playing board games, gardening, baking), and build new routines.
