Mind Your Mind Speaks: S6EP8

In this special episode, Executive Director Irene Barton sits down with Landry Wolf, Miss Atlanta’s Teen. A senior in Cobb County, Landry is a leader both on her campus and in the community—and the founder of Turn the Page: Read to Succeed, a literacy initiative focused on inspiring a love of reading.

A competitive dancer for 16 years, Landry is just weeks away from graduation and will attend Georgia College & State University this fall. She plans to study mass communications with a focus on broadcast journalism, with the goal of becoming a sideline reporter or news anchor.

Landry shares how her passion for literacy began, her journey through pageantry, and what it truly means to compete in and grow through those experiences. She also talks about why reading matters, how she engages others in her initiative, and her mission to show that reading can be both meaningful and fun!
